Every expert undergoes identity verification, current employment confirmation, and a compliance briefing before being eligible for engagements. We verify credentials through multiple independent channels.
Conflict of Interest Screening
We run conflict-of-interest checks for every engagement, not just at onboarding. This includes checks against the requesting client, the subject company, competitors, and related entities.
Information Boundaries
Experts are briefed on what they can and cannot discuss. We enforce clear boundaries around material non-public information (MNPI), trade secrets, and employer-confidential data.
Audit Trail
Every engagement is fully documented: expert consent, compliance screening records, call scheduling, and post-call quality checks. Complete audit trails are available to clients on request.
ESOMAR 37 Alignment
Our processes are aligned with ESOMAR's 37 Questions framework for expert network providers. We provide full ESOMAR 37 responses to all prospective and existing clients.
Data Protection
We process all personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict access controls and regular security audits.
